Ik I’ll sound like an iqlet asking about this, but what diuretic should I get to start with I just want something to flush out all the water after a cheat day nothing way to harsh but will get the job done.

You are an iqlet. Taking a diuretic for a "cheat day" is the most retarded cope imaginable. You're not flushing out water, you're flushing electrolytes and risking cardiac arrhythmia for a temporary scale number

Nuclear option is furosemide to really flush everything but should only be used rarely. Next best is amiloride plus hctz, this is much safer and also yields good results. You can also just do epleronone but it's slightly weaker, still pretty good. Honestly though you shouldnt use diuretics at all though unless you catastrophically fucked up with a awful meal before something super important. Just eat clean before an event and if you have a cheat meal cut down on sodium and up potassium to a 4:1 ratio. Lot's of vitamin c can also help (around 4000mg split 1k throughout the day). Caffeine is also a safer mild diuretic.

Could I take a loop diuretic with amiloride to make it more safe and still get the powerful effect while also making it more safe. And also would you not recommend to take it without having a bad cheat day just to enhance the tight look more
