everyone keeps mentioning 'diuretics' here but no one posts an actual product brand/name, and i suppose most of them are underdosed fake wastes of money

whats the best value diuretic pills i can get to flush the water out of me?

bro i did my carb experiment today, i ate so much carbs you cant even believe it... 3 bananas, 1 apple and legit half a kg white rice (wanted 200g only but couldnt stop)

around 250g carbs in total from healthy sources

i did 40 min cardio, and my face looks pretty lean. usually carb bloat shows up the next day for me, so if i wake up with a lean face tomorrow, i will know for sure that keto is a fucking meme unless ur overweight

im so fucking hyped, however if my face is bloated tomorrow then keto it is again

idk i have prescription diuretics and they lean me out in 4 hours. They literally suck out all the water from me. My mouth feels dry, I can't even sweat because literally no water inside of me. I start seeing hollow cheeks too.

downside is that I constantly go to bathroom. Every 5-10 minutes I have to pee. I pee for literally 20 seconds - powerful stream of crystal clear transparent pee. I pee like 5 times. You can't imagine how much water leaves my body its insane
