I'm almost 18 years old and I'm tired that my face always bloated. There are no particular health and hormone problems. And in general, judging by the photo, my dad had it there too, until he was in his 20s. I lead the most anti-bloating lifestyle possible, but still there are a lot of them on my face. So tell me which diuretics would work well in my situation. For now, I'm leaning toward hctz. Want to take something on a regular basis without more and strong surviving potassium magnesium
