DIY acne scars

So Im on accutane 20mg for 3 months it cleared almost all of my acne.
but i had acne scars like 3 years and now i dont have that much acne but got acne scars, it makes me look dirty

im planning to buy a dermapen (microneedling device) and also im planning to do DIY subcision which im not 100% sure how to do it yet.
ill try DIY subcision with insulin syringe to cut theatres. also ill go for only acne scars spots

for microneedling ill do 1mm (idk which length should i do) (if there is someone advanced at doing this i can send my acne scars and he can decide which length)
btw ofc ill use numbing cream for both of these treatments. also i dont trust clinics and derms for acne scars they will just drain ur money without curing acne scars

anyone experienced with DIY subcision or DIY microneedling can tell me how to do it? like which serums to use while doing microneedle treatment etc

also ill start my DIY acne scars treatment when im done with accutane.

i need my fat pads burnt so i didn't look into that
it's really not THAT expensive but i get you
saying that it won't cure acne scars though is stupid; that's literally the whole point of lazer

i mean you can still try what you want to and if it doesn't work get lazer

i'm getting it in like 1 - 2 years (or just as soon as i'm out of my house) but my shit isn't that bad rn

You can also try GHK-cu with microneedling roller and some serums

It kinda helps me rn

yeah but microneedling only helps with non-tethered acne scars

for tethered acne scars the only way to go is subcision

pick any scar that you have, try pulling some skin around it.
if the scar doesnt disappear its most likely tethered.

Pinning use a insuline pen if you got problems with pinning or something

I generally use spf50, moisturisers from la roche posay along with tret from skinorac and it works
