In this thread, I'll share my personal experience with Aqualyx - in the cheeks and chin.
I wanted to do it in my nose too but I pussied out after the cheeks and chin hurt pretty bad.

I am in no way a healthcare professional. This thread is purely for documentation purposes and I do not advise anyone to repeat anything I've done or anything they see in this thread.

As always, do your own research and anything you do is at your own risk. I'm not responsible for anything you do or cause.

MY EQUIPMENT
1x 8ml vial of Aqualyx
20x 32G 0.3ml FMS Insulin Syringes
Black Nitrile Medical Gloves
Alcohol swabs (70% I ALC.)
6 inch ruler
Sister's eyeliner for markings

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The guide by @Psocho is what made me consider Aqualyx.
PREPERATION & MARKINGS

Drank a lot of water.
Washed my face and let it dry.
To make life easier, I just
pre-filled the 0.3ml syringes to the max
Put on a single glove on my left hand - to pinch fat.

I decided to do
1.5 ml in each cheek, with 5 injection spots per cheek
I did 2.1ml in the chin, with 6 injection spots
I used the ruler to make my markings, and use eyeliner to plot them
I didn't use any lidocaine because it would be harder to tell whether or not I was injecting into a vessel or nerve.

PROCEDURE

I injected the syringes at a 45 degree angle
With no anesthetic, it hurt like hell

PINCHING FAT SERIOUSLY HELPED - GLOVES WERE ESSENTIAL

I had to readjust injection angles a lot of times due to sharp pain when going in (indication of injecting into a blood vessel
There should be little to no pain when inserting the needle
Unlike a lot of people, I didn't bleed much as I was quick to readjust needles

I was listening to Sematary whilst doing the procedure, lol

Overall - everything went smooth AF. Despite shaking during pinning, all seems good

Marking were similar to these:

1777318991696

1777319218957
AFTER PROCEDURE
It's been roughly 8 hours.
An injection spot on my hyoid still hurts.
My cheeks and chin are sensitive when pressed down.
I look like I've just ate 8 cheeseburgers and 8L of full sugar coke.

A lot of people say the aftermath is similar to "post nut clarity"

However, for me - not really. It purely depends on your inhibition and how far you're willing to go.

Also, looking at my face sucks now. But it's one step backwards for two steps forward.

I'm 16.

Also heard BFR looks uncanny + ages you like shit.
Yeah some nigga said that due to then there being lose skin you look older, but I suppose skin should tighten if your young and if your old you can do skin tightening surgery.

I dont know much about aqulix are the results permanent or do you need to re do it?

mirin though

Aqualyx is permanent brotha, and yeah bfr gets rid of a fuck ton of support so it makes your skin sag like crazy.

But isnt bfr more effective? Since auqalyx at the end of the day is just and approximation and stuff, and i guess the saggin skin will go away if your a youngcel?

Yeah, BFR will be more effective short them - but the sagging skin just gets worse as you age even if you're like 18.

I did it without lidocaine lol, it hurt like satan's piss

When I use aqualyx in my nose, I'm gonna definitely have to use an anesthetic.

DON’T do it on your nose.
The risk of going blind are significantly higher than on your cheeks.

im serious about this.

I saw a thread on .com saying that the risks are over exaggerated.

I'll take your word for it anyway

BFR is the most effective technically, but you need a very specific face
You need to have a very broad face for it to look good, take margot robbie for example
1777323681214

She has a very wide/square face which made her suitable for BFR.
Even though she has a perfect skull for BFR, she is going to age worse, although not as bad as many.

But if you dont have the wide/broad face you can end up looking like this
1777323739120

In the end, multiple rounds of aqualyx, and if you want to take it further do a couple sessions of ultrasonic cavitation, this will ensure you maintain sufficient facial fat so that you dont end up looking uncanny.

What do you think about this thread?
Specifically lower nose tip and nose tip projection

Why will she age faster? She looks normal, both.

What about long faces?
