Hi everyone, I have just finished my first session of Aqualyx. I have seen many other people on this forum also wanting to do this, so here's everything I wish I knew before hand:
Materials
- 27g , 8mm Insulin needles
—> one’s I used: https://a.co/d/9RxCebn
- Alcohol wipes
—> one‘s I used:
- Aqualyx ofc ( sold in 8ml vials just throw out the last 3ml or use it somewhere else like belly or smth if u need jfl)
—> I bought 10x 8ml vials for 170$, I bought them off indiamart as this shits impossible to get in the USA(yes, it's real)
- Lidocain cream or even better lidocain liquid to mix with the Aqualyx (I used cream)
—> one I used: https://a.co/d/g92TIdJ
- pen for marking injection points
you dont need a link for a pen

For me I only did my cheeks as I have to look good for an event on Saturday, and I don't want to look like a bloated balloon. I made 16 injection points on each cheek and injected 0.06 ml in each injection point. This comes out to 2ml total, equally divided between both cheeks. I highly recommend you draw the injection points before hand so you can do an equal amount on each side of your face, this way we are preventing any asymmetry. It should look something like this:

Make sure whenever you apply the lidocaine cream you don't rub it in too much because the markings will fade. This is what happened in the second photo and it was a little difficult to see.
I used a total of 16 needles each loaded with 0.12 ml of aqualyx. I injected 0.06ml in a mark, moved to the mark next to it and used the remaining 0.06 ml before switching to a new needle. All and all it took about 30 minutes, this shit is genuinely hard as fuck to do with only one person, but oh well we ball regardless. I already know how bad my injection technique was, so don't rub it in anymore. Also ignore how subhuman I look, the lighting is shit... my bdd is already terrible so don't make it worse. (turn volume up)
I know I skipped a few spots, but after the video I went back and made up for it. Expect to bleed after some injections, thats totally normal. I applied a fuck ton of cream before so it didn't hurt too bad. There's a common misconception that you might paralyze your face while doing this, which is only true to an extent. Even if you breach into a nerve, (which probably isn't even possible with a 8m needle like mine) as long as you don't inject aqualyx into it like a retard, you will be fine. If you ever feel a sharp pain, just readjust.
Swelling
I did this Wednesday night, and Thursday morning I literally looked leaner, I was so confused.
Apparently swelling can take 12-36 hours to kick in, and now I'm writing this Thursday night and the swelling is equivalent to looking really bloated, it looks like I just ate 10 Big Macs and Crumbl Cookies. Just drink at least a gallon of water a day to flush out everything, and eat low carbs the first couple days. 2ml is considered a pretty small dose so swelling isn't extreme, (all though it varies person to person).
Final Notes
I will keep you guys posted on swelling and results, comment if you have any questions and I will answer to my best ability.
I plan on doing another treatment with much higher doses in 6-8 weeks and a total of 40+ injections, so follow me if you wanna see that.
I did. Yes i can helpdid u also do aqualyx? I will also do aqualyx to my cheek area and my hyoid can u help me?

Correct and I retract my previous statement about the nose being all cartilage. It has a true nasal SMAS layer (continuous with the facial SMAS), plus multiple thin fat compartments (glabellar, supratip, tip, lateral nasal wall, interdomal, and deep submuscular). That said, the total volume of fat in the entire nose is tiny compared to even a single buccal fat pad (probably 1–3 mL at most across all compartments in a normal person), and it’s spread out in very thin sheets rather than a discrete, removable mass. Trying to use Aqualyx (or any deoxycholic-acid injection like Lemon) on the nose would be both ineffective (not enough concentrated fat to really dissolve) and risky (high chance of irregular atrophy, skin dimpling, or damage to the SMAS and vascular supply). In real life, doctors almost never try to remove fat from the nose on purpose. Even a small amount of fat loss makes the nose look sharper (jew), pointier (jew) , and more bony (jew). It can make any bumps or uneven spots stand out more and can make the whole nose (and face) look older which is usually the opposite of what people want from a nose job.there is some fat stored in the nose

use hydrocortisone bro do not inject anything into your nose, it’s painful asf and pointlessalso can i inject aqualyx to my nose to slim it? My nose is straight but kinda wide thats why
Why?i wouldn’t recommend injecting that high, stay a few cm below the zygomatic arch

Hi everyone, I have just finished my first session of Aqualyx. I have seen many other people on this forum also wanting to do this, so here's everything I wish I knew before hand:

—> I bought 10x 8ml vials for 170$, I bought them off indiamart as this shits impossible to get in the USA(yes, it's real)
- Lidocain cream or even better lidocain liquid to mix with the Aqualyx (I used cream)

Some peoples fat distribution is more in the face than others so low bf and debloat isn't enough for someGenuine question, But would it not be easier to just get to a low bf rather then try to diy fat dissolvers?
any updatesfinal results wont be until december bhai, takes 6-8 weeks

This is a video of me injecting aqualyx to buccal fat area. I'm using 30G needles and injecting 0.2ml of aqualyx to 3 spots per cheek
