DIY Aqualyx on perioral mounds

So i want to use a fat dissolver to make these fucking things go.
If you dont know what these are its just fat around the mouth area.I know its usually a outcome of recessed chin but i have some time before i can fix that and i want to do aqualyx or any fat dissolver ig

Is it safe if i do it right and how many sessions would i need?

I am going to give solution to anyone who knows this stuff and can explain

If its a fat pad, you can target & dissolve it
Just don't inject your lips

Some people told me that it is really risky because there are alot of idk some shit going on there is that true or just some high inhib shit?

yea your lower third has lots of little vascular areas, on top of the fact this is close to your lips (the most vascular area on your face)

but realistically you'll be fine, just make sure you do some more reserach on this and contact people who have done aqualyx for some guidance

I didnt do it because for that area,the risk to reward ratio is bad in my opinion.Its not that big of a failo too so i dont think i will do it.
