So to preface, I had a horrible nose flare when smiling and speaking. I have a normal-sized nose, but when smiling and speaking, the flare would make it appear twice the size. So I thought to use Botox and used 2 units on the dilator naris and alar nasalis. My nostrils then appeared physically smaller when at rest but again when smiling or talking, they flared just like usual. So then on Reddit I found only one comment talking about the llsan muscle. (The closest mucle to the nostrol)
The overactive llsan will pull the nostril with it as you smile, so the solution is to paralyze it
ALSO, I'M BLOATED AND OVERWEIGHT RN DONT CALL ME CHOPPED RN OR YOU CAN IDC
2 units at 3mm depth and voila

this (keep in mind this is only 2 day and botox takes 2 weeks to fully work so in 2 weeks time i will post a update and it will look even better)
Placement: I used the bottom corner of the triangle like the pic above it
