1. numb the insides of ur mouth with:
-ice
-orajel (any numbing gel)
-lidocaine dosages

2. locate the buccal fat pad
-between the upper molars and the cheekbone

3. make a small incision
-use a razor, scalpel, scissor wtv
-1-2cms incision
-dont cut too high

4. pull the fat out
-pull the fat out with tweezers
-dont pull too hard, usually it comes out by itself


5. close the wound
-stitch the wound yourself
-absorbable sutures
-sterile surgical kit
-rinse with salt water (either way its gonna be prone to bacteria)

and thats basically it, im not a licensed doctor or anything so do this at ur own risk lol.
