DIY buccal fat removal? need tips + experienced info

so far, all i’ve done are cope softmaxxes and im ready to go further

i stared at myself for a while and noticed i have some pretty bad fat pads- one of the biggest things holding me back, and after looking it up on different apps the possibility of a DIY buccal fat removal seems like something i should look into.

all i know is there’s a vein i HAVE to avoid that goes along the corner of my mouth and to the bridge of my nose. i’m not too scared of hitting it since im confident i’ll be far back enough.

ive seen posts on here, along with someone hitting a small artery (but being fine which makes me less nervous)

should i really go through? what do i need to know? all i have are exacto knives and i have no problem getting alcohol to ‘sterilize’ them. no anesthesia other than some ice so that’ll work

(aqualyx and sterile knives are out of the question. i’m 16 so i have to make do with what ive got)

Just go to a doctor before. I'm not tryna be a fear mongerer but diy bucaal fat removal isn't worth it
