DIY buccal fat removal TIPS NEEDED

Hello, i’ve done DIY lipolab before with lipolab V line, and i saw some results but not enough. I’ve been thinking about trying with Cincelar + instead. Does anyone know if this works better? Last time i did DIY lipolab i used a 4 mm needle for my cheeks, i’m wondering if that maybe didn’t reach the subcutaneous fat, should i try a 6 mm needle maybe?

Why not just do more sessions?
