DIY buccal fat removal

Yesterday I performed a buccal fat removal from external approach, I can't judge early but by what I am seeing currently this was a major success, and will probably continue with something else later on.

Lidocaine 2% with epinephrine (Please do not use plain lidocaine since my method is an unorthodox approach and you will bleed way more)
White medical tape
Gloves
Scalpel preferably with number 15 blade
25 gauge syringe needle
Alcohol pads
Hemostat
 Bandages
Forceps with serrated teeth
Sutures
Antibiotic ointment or penicillin on hand
Vaseline
Verteporfin if you can get your hands on it
Wipes


Load up the syringes with lidocaine, 2% lidocaine has 20 mg of lidocaine per ml, and because we also have a vasoconstrictor our safe dose will be 7mg per kg, so for reference a 70 kg male should inject a maximum of 24.5 ml, no more, now you will think, It's a local anesthetic why should we be worried about it, It's because if we injected such a dose into our bloodstream we would die, So please research about local anesthesia before doing this, back to our tutorial, Aspirate before injection, one wrong move and you are risking death, if you notice ringing of the ears, Metallic taste in your mouth, tongue numbness, Auditory or visual artifacts, and dizziness, immediately call emergency services, inject 6 mm deep, around the buccal branch, buccal fat area, And around the skin of the incision, also don't over inject, remember to inject half of the maximum dose on each side, once you're done wait 4 minutes, Then clean the skin with the alcohol pads,
Now make a 4 to 5 cm incision right above the buccal fat area and following langers lines
of the face (super important because we are working externally and we need to minimise scarring, next up is going deep enough to the buccal fat, for me it took about 7 mm to reach it, if there's a lot of bleeding take some of the wipes and hold it in place with moderate pressure for 30 seconds,
Now once you reach the fat you need to take the hemostat open the incision a bit more, Then you can take either the forceps or hemostat and grab the buccal fat and slowly pulling it out, now cut it with the scalpel, put it in a bowl, measure it, repeat on other side and measure the buccal fat removed, If there's a different greater than 15-25 grams remove some of the area that contains more fat,
Once you're done with removing the fat, wipe with alcohol pads one last time, Get the sutures ready and stitch it deep, add around 8-10 stitches, the point of stitches is to minimise tension pulling the incision outwards so the scar is smaller, So do not let any part open, it should look like you cut a piece of paper and there's no space inbetween, now put bandages perpendicular to the incision, and put the medical tape the same way too covering the whole incision, and you're done, half a week in, start applying vaseline, Change the bandages and tapes once every other day, use penicillin every day for 2 weeks, and that's the whole procedure.

Sorry for making this long but this is my first time making such a post, also do not do this if you haven't watched at least 6 unique videos of buccal fat removal (not animated), And one last thing, You're gonna sweat like crazy so have a towel next to you to wipe off the sweat, When I did this my pants were drenched in sweat

Well it was my first time numbing, So I forgot to numb a part of the excision, Once I went over the part it just stings like crazy, But I did it either way because I was not risking another scar, The closest experience it feels like is pouring hydrogen peroxide over a wound, exactly that kind of stinging, Also the weirdest thing is that it feels like you're cutting alot but you're going through micro layers every time you cut.
