diy buccal fat

Given the current economy, surgeries have become really hard to afford
so i started thinking that maybe i could do a buccal fat removal on myself at home with a small fruit knife
Im not completely sure but if it worked wouldn't it save a lot of money?

i cant use anesthesia since I'd be doing it by myself so I'd just have to endure the pain
I'd make a small incision inside my mouth, remove a small piece of the buccal fat pad but i couldn't figure out how I'd close the incision afterward
I'll probably do it today if I have the guts
If anyone wants I can send the video I can't post it here though
