Just completed 2 ml diy chin filler following orkas guide with some small tweaks. Very high ROI highly recommend. I didnt have hyaloronidase but you should definitely have it on standy. Also topical lidocaine does nothing and is worthless. I used elasty grand filler. My face got longer and more masculine from the front and side xD
