I’m 18 and I will diy marpe. I’ve been thinking about it for a long time now since early January cause I tried to get one with an orthodontist and got denied . I thought about diy but never did anything cuz I was too much of a cuck then. (now I’m not) I’m in the early stages of research I’ve watched a few installation videos and designing the custom marpe and read a lot about the whole process and it’s a pain in the ass ngl. Too many risks if done diy but my low inhib neurodivergent ahh dgaf and I can’t cook myself even more I’m already chopped asf capped at mtn.
High risk high reward I guess. I will continue researching for 1-2 months learning how to install it correctly so I don’t botch myself or die how to design it how to diy make lidocaine anesthesia for the mini screws because u need liscence to buy and I don’t trust random sources .my maxilla is projected not flat but probably narrow. Idk if my maxilla is for sure narrow or the dental arch but I think it’s narrow cuz how the teeth look from bellow and also my measurement on molars is 36mm so it’s cooked.
Also I can compare mine to others who have it wide or photos and mine is different. The chances I install it diy are 60-70% will be giving an update soon. I think an old man had done it back in 2019 oldrooster was his name or smth I can’t find what happened to him. Lastly I sometimes do get pussy (photo from 2 days ago with a random foid)
cuz of softmaxes and hair saving my ass but I feel chopped asf or it’s because I’m 5,6 and fraud to 5,8 . Physique isn’t too bad I have a lean build 20 inch bidelt and this is insane for 5,6 if yk yk
