DIY EXTRA SHOELIFTS
item list: shoelifts (obiviously)
and a pair of socks
you can easily go up from 3cm (1.2 inch) to 4.5cm (1.7 inch)with this method. You could keep stacking it up to 6 or 7.5cm but i personally dont recommend going over 4.5cm for daily use
step 1: first of all what you wanna do is take your lifts off from your shoe
Step 2: set the socks up (thicker socks work best)
Step 3 put the shoelifts ontop and push it in the shoe (after compression)
Heres how the difference should be:
as you can see , the lift is noticeably tilted.
After measuring my results came in about 1-1.5 cm taller
i did some experiments as well and it doesnt even slide or anything. I Didnt feel discomfort
