I currently have braces but my ortho is a bitch and doesn't wanna give me a face mask, so DIY it is. My maxilla (shown below) is my biggest failio. It causes nasiolabial folds, bad cheekbone support, a flat midface, a downward growing/hooked nose, and is the main source of my insecurity.

I'll be using this thread https://looksmax.org/threads/how-to-pull-your-maxilla-forward-definitive-guide.45691/
for my main building and using guides from orthos and grok to figure out the amount of force needed over how much amount of time. I'll try to wear it about 12 hours a day for maximum growth and provide any and all results here on the org.

I'll be going to a dental lab and an orthopedic lab to ensure I have the highest quality material for the absolute best results. Any advice or insights are appreciated.

1.5kg of force with rubber bands on a neck brace won't move your maxilla, it'll just pull your teeth forward and give you an underbite. your ortho won't give you a facemask because your teeth aren't prepped for it. DIY facepull is cope. you'll waste months and end up with tipped incisors and gum recession. just save for lefort or learn to accept your face.
