I had good results for about 3–6 months, but then the filler migrated and started making my facial expressions weird.

I actually did this around 6 months ago, but I'm just going to drop the guide now.

WARNINGS:
I had excellent results for about 3–6 months, but then the filler migrated and started making my facial expressions weird (MY FAULT)

- I completely attribute my problems to bad injection technique and using the wrong type of filler.
- I should've used a more bone-hard type of filler (STYLAGE XL) instead of using juvederm voluma.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Nitrile Gloves
Cotton Pads
Cotton Swab
Alcohol Wipes
Cling/Saran Wrap
Skin Pencil
Arnica Cream
Strong Numbing Cream
Hyaluronidase (Filler Dissolver)

FILLER:
CHIN FILLER (STYLAGE XL)- Best one, lasts longer, harder to dissolve. Looks the best though.
CHIN FILLER (JUVEDERM VOLUMA)

KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:
This guide is insufficient; you need to study the injection technique, which is the most important.

Please make sure you review HOURS of injecting content before attempting this. To avoid blood vessels and hurt yourself.

Learn how to aspirate, how to inject, and where important nerves/arteries are. It's relatively safe on the chin regardless.

THIS GUIDE IS ONLY ABOUT CHIN FILLER, BUT HERE ARE SOME IMAGES I MADE IN THE PAST FOR MYSELF IN OTHER AREAS:

Lip Filler

1762732330351

Nose Tip + Cheek Aqualyx
1762732417629

1762732429692

Preparation

  1. Wash your face thoroughly with water and pat dry using a clean towel.
  2. Put on latex gloves.
  3. Clean the target area with an alcohol wipe.
  4. Apply a thick layer of numbing cream using a cotton swab.
  5. Cover the area with saran wrap, ensuring a tight seal, so the numbing cream can absorb the most and the needle hurts as little as possible.
You want to focus on the right injection technique, not the needle's pain. Thats why numbing is important
  6. Wait approximately 90 minutes for the full numbing effect.

Before Injection

  1. Remove the numbing cream with a cotton swab or alcohol wipe, make sure its fully gone
  2. Mark the injection sites with an eyebrow pencil or facial marker. Most of them are hard to wash off
  3. Inject slightly adjacent to, at a 45 degree angle, not directly on, the marked points.

Injecting

  • If bleeding occurs, do not wipe or drag the skin. Apply gentle pressure with a cotton swab for 1–2 minutes.
  • Always aspirate for 5–10 seconds in high-risk areas. If uncertain, continue aspirating until no return is observed.
  • Discontinue immediately if any pain occurs.
  • Use Liporase in the event of a misplaced or adverse filler injection.
  • Gently compress the skin around the site if necessary to ease product flow.

Post-Procedure

  1. Once injections are complete and the area is padded down, apply arnica gel, very useful
  2. Store all filler-related equipment in a cool, dark, room-temperature place
  3. Reapply arnica gel daily if swelling persists
  4. Avoid washing or showering the treated area with water
  5. Avoid sleeping on or applying pressure to the treated regions (will cause migration)

@Orka is knowledgeable about this topic as well.
Big thanks to Chadriguez. I'm not sure what his @ is on here but he helped me with the process and recommended me STYLAGE XL which is the best one IMO.

Will show results in DMs on discord. I will redo it again soon and make an update; just remind me. Any questions about it just reply to the thread I'll answer within the same day. I've done other procedures like aqualyx in the cheeks and nose, tried lip filler, and some other shit. :D

The reason it migrated entirely was my fault; I didn't study the injection technique enough, I also used the wrong type of filler. Even with those mistakes, it still ascended my chin for at least 3-6 months. After that my facial expressions started looking slightly weird due to the migration, but it's actually gotten a lot better by itself.

If you do this properly, I can basically guarantee you'll have good results.

Lip Filler

Nose Tip + Cheek Aqualyx
View attachment 4307848
View attachment 4307849

Preparation

mirin the dedication and risk brotha looking forward to more :feelsgah:

letting it dissolve by itself, its been getting better within the past few months. Ill wait another month and inject dissolver if its not perfect by then.
mirin the dedication and effort, interested to see how it'll progress, good shit

beat me to it! thanks for the tag

I'll try recreating this and include videos of me injecting myself and see how it goes 😛

also doing lips and jaw in the future

considering you're not very active here this is an insane thread, do you still have the documents that you got those injection placement screenshots from? or do you sell them in your server?

good formatting and very informational, I'll do lips now that I think about it, might aswell tbh
I made them myself I was just looking at how professionals injected and created the diagram based on that. For the lips I chose the safest injection method.

Same, while I smile my nose widens crazily if you inject botox into the depressor septi nasi muscle it will ascend a lot.

Time fixed it, overtime the filler dissolves naturally, but I plan on injecting dissolver if it stays like this for another month.

The Reddit thread? Isn’t that all aged ltbs?
Yeah, it's probably the worst resource I listed, but there are some good threads on there for filler. The main thing I'd suggest is watching the youtube videos; youll see exactly how to inject safely and aspirate etc.

good thread, question tho how square can u make it? like does it always turn out rounded or can it be made squared?
ye you can shape it into a fairly square look by injecting along the sides and the chin border. Both Chadrigeuz and I achieved a very broad result that way
