No its not that safe you don't have expertise prob. If you put too much filler in, the pressure alone can cut off the blood supply to the skin. Within 24–48 hours, the tip of his nose will turn purple, then black, and literally rot off

If u accidentally injects filler into a tiny blood vessel in the nasal tip, the gel can travel backward into the retinal artery.
