Has anyone here made their own GHK-Cu serum instead of buying a pre-formulated one?
I’m mainly interested in formulation (concentration, pH, vehicle, stability) and whether you’ve noticed any difference compared to commercial products.
Also, what’s your protocol?
I’ve read arguments both for and against applying copper peptides around MN because of the temporary increase in skin permeability, so I’m more interested in actual user experience than theory.
If you’ve compounded your own serum, what concentration are you running, and did you find that adding microneedling made a noticeable difference, or is topical application alone the better approach?

- GHK-Cu topically on intact skin only?
- Combined with microneedling (0.25–0.5 mm)?
- Or do you avoid microneedling altogether and just use it topically?
