Gyno surgery is extremely overpriced for how quick and easy the procedure is.

It is literally as simple as shown in the video - an incision, preferably on the lower nipple, then snipping out the gland.

It's the accompanying liposuction that can't be done right by an amateur.
Generally, you need to both remove the hard gland and do lipo countouring to make sure the chest area doesn't look weird.
