DIY haircut

My current hair length is to my shoulders, been growing it out for 6 months now. Do any other self-haircutters want to share their techniques to make it look symmetrical and whatnot? I'll keep it messy so it doesn't need to be perfect or anything.

Cutting your own hair as a beginner is extremely difficult. You need several mirrors that show almost every angle of your hair.

I would always choose a good hairdresser. Cutting your own hair doesn't end well the first few times. The more you do it, the better you get at it.
