I mean, it would be great if successful, but the heel is what hold's your bodies entire weight, wouldn't the Filler just migrate immediately under that amount of pressure?
I know this one guy who claimed he used Saline and couldn't walk at all (Obviously, it's water so it wouldn't hold up as much as filler, but still kind of the same practice).

Good luck eitherway, Tag me if you do make a thread on it:Prayge:

thanks for the rare useful comment on this forum, yes filler could migrate and theres a high chance it does a bit. of course the better placed (in the deep part of the heel) the less likely it migrates to somewhere unwanted, but i'm thinking theres nowhere for it to migrate to. the filler i'm using is also used for butt filler so it's made to withstand pressure though yes if you're injecting pure saline that's a bit tricky as walking on a water balloon is too unstable.

i'm just saying all this i'm not sure if its even true it's just what i'm thinking i could be wrong and on my way to get hyaluronidase to dissolve it a few weeks from now. the injection depth is key different fat pads/depths of the heel are responsible for holding the pressure while walking. it's been successfully placed in a study to augment height but they also used ultrasound to get the correct depth (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39424652/)

foot filler is also common for fat pad restoration and pain relief in those who need it, but not more than a few CC's across the entire foot. the study for height used 10 cc for around 1.7 mm, so i'm planning on 12 cc for ~2-2.5 cm. seems insignificant but past 6 feet every inch is huge i'm already 184 cm so i'd be reducing the gap between me and someone who is 190 by just over a third it's pretty significant. 184 -> 186.5 = top 10% height -> top 5% in the US, so every ~2-2.5 cm cuts the amount of people who heightmog you barefoot in half

long read but lots of thoughts for those who say the procedure is not worth it. it's medium risk high ROI (because of low cost) i obviously think its worth it as it's only ~$40 to "rent" 1 inch of height for a year

ill will keep you tagged in either case

yes its possible it fucks up my posture might need to augment the front of the foot as well if it ends up doing

lifts have already did that a bit but being mindful and holding good posture is the most important thing no matter how awkward it feels.

Try it and you’ll feel some pain, but it eventually dissolves.

I’ve always thought about heel implants made from a material that integrates with the bone, but the problem is that they can really fuck up your posture.

definitely i think the hardest part will be inserting almost an inch worth of a 21 g needle into my foot to inject

for posture i just need to keep my core tightened and shoulders back while leaning back to counteract the forward lean caused by the heel lift

will keep u updated just need to go pick up the needles today then i can do it

Failed attempt filler was too thick to push out my heel is swollen from the thick needle gauge will try again just need to find a better filler that I can push through a 30 g needle or so

I’ll be okay but will be a few weeks until I try again
