DIY height booster insoles (no special materials needed)
grab some old flip flops or slippers you dont use anymore, cut them to the shape of your shoe insole, stack 2-3 layers and glue them together with superglue or shoe glue. put a thin sock insole on top so it feels normal when you walk. taper it toward the toe so the heel is thicker, otherwise walking feels awkward and unnatural. fits in most sneakers and no one can tell from outside. total cost: basically free if you have old slippers lying around
