Things to add:
-you dknt need a full cup of water tbh
- tbh you can use like 3-4 drops if ur adding it in water. If u are raw dogging that bitch directly into ur mouth 1-2 drops is fine
- you dont need to mix the water tbh
-dont do more than like 0.3 ml unless ur attemmpting suicide
- if ur heart beats fast lower ur dosage
- get a actual 1 ml syringe not do the ghetto ass shit im doing



If u do everything correct ur heart rate should be the same. Didnt notice any change in heart rate
