diy lateral canthoplasty?

medial canthus cutting is mainstream but what about achieving extension via permanently stretching the lateral canthus through you know certain methods like thread lifting with PDO or PCL (i know theyre somewhat permanent not fully )or maybe cutting im open to ideas, id like to know if anyone else performed a similar operation that widens PFL without touching the medial canthus. yall might say just do brown eye liner but im just curious
