For those recessed subhumans looking for a lefort 2…
Step 1. You’re going to need roughly 6 hours if you do this DIY efficiently, so buy: 2 medical grade scalpels, 10x 3mm screws with an electric drill (wireless), medical grade stitches or staples, gloves, towel, steal some numbing cream from a dentist office, a small saw, titanium links to connect maxilla, and a large mirror.
Step 2. Once acquired, rub numbing cream everywhere, and start to lift up your upper lip and make an incision above your gum about 3in long and deep enough to reach the bone now take the small saw and slowly cut your maxilla clean off, connect 1 screw on your maxilla and one on your remaining skull and connect using the titanium, do this one more time 3mm to the outside on both sides of your maxilla, now look in the mirror and make sure your maxilla is pushed forward enough and seal up the incision with stitches/ staples. Use a bag of frozen vegetables on the area and wait a few months and you will be Chad!

if i was just genuinly like mentally ill maybe. just maybe this would prob could convince me. i am a diy enthusiast ever since i was a kid. i made lego gum ball machines i destroyed and reassembled old ps2 controllers. i do all my gsxr work sketchy zipties and shi. my guitar that i dropped not physically but never got into the hobby if ur tapped into the guitar scene i made my les paul epiphone guitar have a floyd rose bridge made it using screw drivers to carve out the cavity no special tools etc. if someone like me just a bit more sad a bit more gone a person wouldve done this. even stream it etc. amen
