DO THIS EXERCISE IN THE EVENING:
FIRST STEP:
Jog/normal pace run for 30-45 minutes with ankle weight of 1 to 2 kg on both shin bones every day. Start with 30 and progress to 45 minutes

SECOND STEP:
After doing this, stretch your shin bone for ~90 minutes. To do this:
1. attach weighted plates (or some other item that can easily be wrapped around your leg and is also weighted) of 25 lbs on each shine bone (if you are above 5'8 apply 35 lbs, if you're not then apply 25 lbs on both legs)
2. Lay on the bed like this:

It will stretch and make nano-level spaces between fractures where new bones will form.

EXPECTATION:
~1 inch in 3 months if done properly, and roughly around ~2-3 inches in a year

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is the only way to increase height after closure of growth plates, and it's mostly just cope. However, there is a non-zero possibility of this actually working, and if you're stuck a manlet for the rest of your life, this is your best bet.

DIET:
Take Vitamin D and Calcium a lot, since new bones will not form without this, if wanted take mk677 for faster results
