That’s not going to do anything bro, there’s already a surgery for that called a ‘corner lip lift’. They cut a small triangle out of the corners and then stitch it together. Some surgeons then also reposition the muscles there because they’re important for when you smile. You’re only going to end up scarring the corners of your lips and deform yourself
