Thinking about running DIY Lipo Vela to nuke the stubborn submental fat pad and get better hyoid/jawline definition. I know it’s a PPC and Deoxycholic Acid blend, plus some skin-tightening peptides.

Has anyone here actually pinned this themselves? What is your protocol for depth and grid spacing?

I know the standard is injecting strictly into the subcutaneous fat layer, but I'm trying to map out the exact danger zones. Mostly worried about going too deep near the actual hyoid bone or hitting the marginal mandibular nerve and ruining my smile.

Is Lipo Vela genuinely better/safer than standard Lipo Lab V-Line or Kybella for this?

Just get submental/chin/jaw lipo.

Something that everybody ignores when it comes to these DIY treatments is you will never achieve the tightness associated with getting liposuction in these areas--it also takes far longer.

Having a submental region that doesn't 'sag' as much doesn't look as remarkable as you might think.

financially low-IQ if u aren't combining the lipo with Renuvion or J-Plasma anyway (which runs $5k+). Standard mechanical liposuction literally leaves behind a loose skin pocket that has to shrink-wrap itself, which prolly will end up leaving fibrosis and uneven scar tissue in the submental area. Lipo Vela specifically has skin-tightening peptides (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 and Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4) built into the localized fat dissolving mechanism to prevent that exact sagging issue as the fat pad shrinks. Yes, it takes 3-4 sessions spaced out over 8 weeks, but it's $50 a vial compared to $3,500+ for surgery that might leave u with a fibrotic, lumpy neck. if u have a massive double chin, sure, get surgery. But for minor submental pads blocking hyoid exposure, DIY is objectively the better risk-to-reward ratio.

Not giving free rep for a PM gatekeep. Post your depth and grid mapping in the thread so it can actually be reviewed and debated.
