I am giving you a step by step guide to do DIY MK-ultra and transform yourself into something better. i was inspired by the CIA to write this thread after they used LSD to brainwash people. I was watching this one youtube short yesterday on repeat and I was thinking about in the morning when I woke up and I feel more productive today and scroll less.

1 take some psychedelics(shrooms,LSD,2cb etc)
2 I think you could go many ways like you could watch this short for example: to have more of a grind mindset.
But you could set in any programming i think
