First off, this is relatively safe, and you need to not overthink it and just do it, it takes like 10 minutes tops. Do it before bed and it will be chill for the next day.
NOTE: This will not fix your cooked mouth to nose ratio if you have a yam.
1. Start with clean, moisturized lips and use alcohol to sanitize the corners.
2. Keep your face completely relaxed rather than smiling.
3. Find the natural point where each mouth corner ends.
4. Draw your normal upper-lip outline toward the corner.
5. At each corner, slightly extend the liner upward and outward, following the natural angle of the upper lip rather than creating a sharp hook.
6. Connect that extension back into the natural lower-lip outline so the corner looks continuous. (Don't no more than like 2mm)
7. Take a razor and sanitize it with alcohol.
8. Cut along the previously drawn line.
9. Take cotton buds to clean the blood so you can see the cut
10. Make sure the cuts are connected to the sides of the lips
11. Petroleum jelly (Vaseline)
12. It will keep bleeding; just let it coagulate
13. Avoid eating spicy food and shit.
Note: Do not cut too low, as it makes it look weird and like a frown; the upturned cut is also crucial.
