Why not? The nose is made out of cartillage which does have some plasticity. Especially if you are still relatively young you can change the noses shape through constant pressure as the cartillage and other tissue will adapt. This can be achieved through several methods like wearing a custom nose splint or attaching a cable pulley system to your forehead to pull up your nose. There is a serious thread abt this tho talking about a nose lift using PDO thread, which is used in real non surgical nose and skin lifts. Idk tho
