As wel all know estrogen is really fucking hard to get for some reason, the best technique currently is to larp as a post menopausal woman to some online pharma company and even than estrogen is pretty highly controlled even more so than testosterone and even literal fucking tren. Thats why i found another way, not getting actual estrogen but the same effects. The first step is very counterintuitive... inject steroids. i know it sounds stupid, why would you inject yourself with androgens if you want feminizing effects? Its because the goal is to convert the compound used into estrogen (specifically estrodial) through the bodies natural aromatization process with minimal to no androgenic effects. To do this you first will need a steroid that aromatises easily. What we wjll be using is dianabol (a synthetic analogue of testosterone) because it aromatizes to estrogen in higher proportions than testosterone itself. And now the important part, block the androgen receptors by using a strong AR blocker like Cyproterone acetate, Bicalutamide or Flutamide, your choice depends on which is easiest to get in your location, Spironolactone is technically also possible if none other are available but its not a very strong AR blocker and might not block all androgenic effects.
Note: be of a bodyfat higher than 15% while doing this because aromatase enzyme is found in fat tissue. Dont worry about looking like shit all that fat will be redistributing after your process is done
