DIY Rhyno (GTFINH)

So a lot of us who want to get rhyno is simply to decrease the alar base (cartilage). So I've put together some method that could work. I will be going to cut a hole in my nose and removing some cartilage on the side and tip then sowing it back up. I don't know if this is a good idea let me know what y'all think.
