Id say 95% not necessary, heating the blade can damage the blade and make it harder to cut, we know the face is extremely delicate and this procedure requires absolute precision you will lose precision heating also you risk tissue damage. The only reason I can think of is for cauterization and healing but the inside of the mouth generally already heals very efficiently

You cant juste remove a "partial amount " of buccal fat pad either, thats another larp. It have to be done with insane precision. Didn't read his thread, im dumb for that. There's multiples steps he don't even mention.

obviously just understanding your facial anatomy but its mostly a hail mary without proper imaging. If u put your fingers on the outer cheek area little bit above ur jawline then press inward towards ur mouth u can get a rough idea of its location
