Whenever your bones get pulled on they grow longer
Stretching pulls on bones slightly
Obviously this is light tugging so we would need to either use more force or do it for longer periods
So just stretch your legs for long periods of time and even try banded sleepjng to stretch them overnight. Do it for like a few weeks to months its likely ull gain atleast a cm or two
