DIY slim nose fraud

are there any ways to fraud a slim nose without using hydrocortisone? i was gonna use glue on my nostrils but i saw that sniffing it could potentially cause sudden death, i also tried putting tape inside my nostrils but it was too moist and it just unglued itself
