I keep seeing threads about DIY procedures (fillers, homemade implants, “at-home” shit, etc.). I get the impulse, but realistically it’s mostly stupid.
Why?
• The risk is way higher (infections, asymmetry, nerve damage, migration, permanent botched results).
• The results are almost always worse than what a proper surgeon can deliver.
• You burn money and time on something that often needs to be fixed later anyway — and then it becomes even more expensive.
Instead of doing this high risk lowiq DIY shit, do this:
1. Get your life in order (softmaxx everything, get a job).
2. Actually save the money.
3. Go to a good, experienced surgeon and get it done properly.
The difference between “cheap and risky self-made” and “done by someone who does this every day” is massive — both in results and in risk. The extra few thousand is almost always worth it if you’re going to do it anyway.
DIY is usually just impatient cope. If you actually want good results go the longer way.
