After looking at this video it doesn't seem impossible to perform at home, the equipment isn't crazy sophisticated. The only problem is you'd have to have anesthetics in your head area so you can't diy it on yourself. I think though with some training I could begin performing maxillo mandibullar osteotomies on my classmates

not really, you're just removing some fatty tissue which will be close to the surface of your skin. As long as you have the knowhow to avoid the major blood vessels and nerves it should go smoothly.
