I got this idea from pnuemo's guide: How I WHITENED my teeth BETTER than a DENTIST +*PICS*

What did I do?
I used a 45% strength carbimide peroxide gel for the whitening.
Before this of course I had to apply a gingival barrier to avoid the gel burning my gums. Then I cured it with a curing light.

after the first session, I wasn't too satisfied with the results. (What I should've researched is that carbamide peroxide differs to hydrogen peroxide in that it takes longer for it to bleach the dentin of your teeth)
For those who don't know: 45% carbamide peroxide = 16% hydrogen peroxide approximately.

So seeing this, I did a second session.

I am satisfied with my results as the after pic is the morning after.

Of course them being more white would be more ideal so I could see myself doing this again soon.

As of the I'm time writing this, it will still whiten a bit more as carbamide peroxide takes 24-48 for the full whitening results to come in.

For those wondering what that already existing whiteness was at the bottom of my teeth, it's a condition I developed as a young child from not having the correct dental habits. I'm pretty sure it's called fluorosis.

Thank you and yes, I had to lie on my bedroom floor with all the equipment next to me, I had a bathroom mirror ledged on the edge of my gaming chair so it was just above my head. I was salivating quite alot and when the 30 minute procedure was over, I was drooling all the way to the bathroom jfl :lul:

how did you get the gengival barrier to stick to the gums with all the saliva? couldnt work for me. you think lying on the ground is better?

lying on the ground with your head tilted backwards when you're doing the top gingival barrier for the maxilla. It literally took me like 90 minutes to get it right after so much trying and failing. what worked best for me was doing a small outline on the gum line around a few teeth then immediately curing it to prevent it migrating.

Would definitely consider doing it. Very high ROI and low risk. I have very minimal sensitivity. It cost me a total of around 70 USD which is really good. Thanks bro.

Forgot to add but it was 70 USD for all of the equipment not just enough for these two sessions. i could probably do another 2-3 sessions with the rest I got left
