I finally did pneumos teeth whitening procedure with 50% hydrogen peroxide

Putting on the barrier was pretty easy
Saliva was a bit messy tho, had to improvise a bit

Repeated it 3 times.
Pain is minimal to non existent.

Results:

Definitely less yellow. Looks WAY better when not directly photographed

(Result after the last repetition)

I think I'll repeat it in a few months with a different hydrogen peroxide brand.
I'm still very happy with the results tho

be careful with the whitening, I went crazy with the crest white strips and now I have sensitivity all the time, fucking hell
