DIY teeth whitening without extremely high strength hydrogen peroxide?

So I want to whiten my teeth without paying a cucked price to have it done professionally.

Obviously I‘ve seen the BOTB thread and it left me wondering if it’s really necessary to use the highest strength available to get a good result.

If you can’t get something similar with less risk of damaging your enamel I don’t see much point in using the highest strength.

Does anyone here have experience with DIY teeth whitening?
