Dizziness from caffeine while starvemaxxing?

Is there any way I can get rid of dizziness from too much caffeine? I didn’t have that much today (only 300mgs) but I drank it pretty quickly and I haven’t had a lot of caffeine lately. Dizziness has never happened to me before from caffeine, but I heard a lot of it can cause vertigo. It usually just makes me shaky when I have a lot. Could also be from not eating ig.

It’s not like I had nothing to eat, just not a lot. I didn’t drink it on an empty stomach, and I had a lot of water. I think it’s probably because I hadn’t had caffeine in a while and drank it really quick.
