DJS soon, what other structural issues can I fix?

I recently just turned 18. Since I was 10 my orthodontist recommended jaw surgery to correct my overbite, and I have my double jaw surgery scheduled for 2 weeks from now. I was wondering what other structural issues I have that I can look into fixing

The DJS will correct your nose and lower jaw as well as maxilla obv but ur infras look hollow asf rn I'd still wait till after the surgery to see what still needs to be corrected (most likely the nose, browridge, infras, supras, zygos)
