Does nose widening go away or stay permanent? My nose is giga narrow but I like it since it harmonizes with my features

the actual alar base that the nose sits on widens so that will stay. It may relapse and come in a little bit but you will have a wider nose when all is said and done. No doubt

Proportional to your expansion. If you only want it a little wider, expand on the lower end 3-4mm but also expect less of the other benefits I described

I need one since my teeth are crowded and I can't rest my tongue on the roof of my mouth, My cheekbones are high-medium set so they might look good once MSE is done, my IPD is 60mm so this might benefit me a lot. Does MSE also widen PFL or no?

What’s PFL? If you can’t rest your tongue on your upper palate you urgently need it.
