depends on the case

if you don’t have any bones it won’t improve you, but if you have good cheekbones and all that but still suboptimal cheek contour then its a good idea

if you don’t have any bones it won’t improve you, but if you have good cheekbones and all that but still suboptimal cheek contour then its a good idea

Have someone else asses your facial structure before getting buccal removal. Look at your FWR and look at your cheek bones on the ogee curve and front view. IF they're prominent when sucking and pulling fat down, then you have alot of buccal fat. If you have very little ogee curve then it isn't worth it. You need bones to fix the under lying issues.

I have lateral protruding cheek bones that stick out much wider then my bigonial width with very little anterior fulness even at 11.7%. If i got Buccal removal, it would make my zygos laterally speaking look even larger.. My anterior fullness wouldn't really be affected much at all, as im lacking bone in that area. So just look at it by a case by case basis before jumping to the knife.

You do have really good zygos based on the scan.Your jaw is narrow, but seems forward growth well.
