Any form of asymmetry where one pupil is lower than the other

Or if your medial canthus shape and hook is flatter and more open than the other eye - more negatively tilted relative to the pupil

I've heard that this can generally be resolved with massage, even overnight, but if it doesn't improve, it might be related to bone structure.
