Just went to a local supp shop for the first time, besides them having basically every steriod and sarm available they also had these high stim pre workout pills with 100mgs dmha and decided to give a try
hour in they started hitting and i actually was putting up 3 extra reps on like evry workout and was so focused it was nuts
