DNA Appliance for Facial Asymmetry

What appliance would help with facial asymmetry, Homeoblock, ALF, MSE, etc. Like what would be best? For example in my case, my whole right side of my face is a few mm lower than my left, like consistently from eyebrows to eyes to lips to jaw to even shoulders.
